FindSpace is free for agents while we build coverage across Osun State, and we take no commission on any deal you close.
Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes public, usually within a day. That review is the product: it is why seekers trust what they find here, and why a listing on FindSpace carries more weight than the same property posted to a WhatsApp group.
Verifying your identity takes a couple of minutes — you upload a government ID and a selfie. Verified agents are reviewed faster and get noticeably more enquiries. Your ID document is destroyed 60 days after we check it; we keep the record of the check, not the document.
