Every listing on FindSpace is reviewed by a person before it appears, and any edit to a live listing goes back for review. Nothing publishes automatically.
Agents can verify their identity against government ID — the name on the document must match the name on the account, and the ID-verified badge shows the check is complete. Where an agent supplies a Certificate of Occupancy number we check it against the Osun State government portal.
Agency, legal and caution fees are shown in Naira on the listing before you contact anyone, with the inspection fee listed separately because it is paid before viewing and may not be refunded. Land listings state which title document exists and what that document does not protect a buyer from.
The most important rule: never pay any money before you have inspected a property in person. No genuine agent needs payment to hold a property for you. If a listing looks wrong, report it — three reports from different people take a listing out of search automatically while we investigate.
